What are cookies?
A cookie is a file stored on your computer or whatever device you're using. They're used by almost every website and in some cases, cookies are the only way to make a website work as intended.
Cookies make it possible to recognize your computer and collect information about what pages and features that are visited by your browswer. However, cookies can't see who your are, what your name is, where you live, or if your device is used by one or more people. Futhermore, cookies cannot spread computer virus or other kinds of malicious software.
We also monitor the activity on Borigo through the commonly used analytics system, Google Analytics. Through Google Analytics we're able to see which posts are visited the most and at what time of day Borigo is used. This provides us with very important information so that we can keep improving the system.
Reject or delete cookies
For practical reasons it isn't possible to sign in to Borigo without accepting cookies.
If, however, you don't want to accept cookies from Borigo, you can remove them manually. This can be done by changing the settings of you browser. Exactly where the settings are located and how to change them depends on your given browser.
